RETURN POLICY

Lingerie, Hosiery, Swimwear, Shapewear & Underwear, Accessories and Face Masks are final sale.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order for a refund, exchange or store credit. 

We do not accept packaged hosiery items that have been opened. 

Mymissy reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet health and hygiene regulations. Mymissy may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Mymissy to a corresponding counterclaim.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all returned merchandise must be in clean, brand new condition. Items with any signs of wear or unreported damage will be refused and shipped back to the customer.

To ensure full credit and to keep items in returnable condition, please review the following: 

  • Do not wear perfume, powder or deodorant while trying on items, as they may stain the undergarment. Any items returned with traces of the above may be rejected upon receipt.
  • Do not smoke while trying on items. Items returned with strong odors may be refused or professional cleaning costs may be deducted from your refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Do not wash any item. Items showing signs of wash or smelling of detergent will be refused and shipped back to the customer.
  • Manufacturer tags must still be attached to all returned items. 

 

HOW TO RETURN

To obtain a return authorization, send an email to  mymissyofficial@gmail.com asking for our return form and and provide the details of your return or exchange.

Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package). Make sure you have filled out all the important info on your return form, especially order numbers.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping charges. We recommend sending your package via an insured and traceable method, as we can not be responsible for lost returns.

In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect item, Mymissy will then cover all shipping cost. 

We will send you our return address based on your own location.

Transit Time: We’ll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.

 

LATE RETURNS

If you would like to return an item unworn with original tags attached, after the 14 day window, please  contact mymissyofficial@gmail.com for approval. Late returns are only eligible for an online store credit only.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange or return, unless we sent the incorrect one.

 

CANCELLATIONS

1. If you placed your order by mistake or changed your mind, please contact us within 24hours after you place the order then we can cancel it for free.

2. If you cancel the order after 24 hours a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

3. We cannot cancel your order if it's shipped, but you can return it to us when you receive it (return postage on your own cost).
